Next, we will create a thank you page that will either thank subscribers for letting us know their preferences and/or promote a product or service you offer. Never waste an opportunity to talk to your subscribers.

Time needed from you: 1 hour – Access to CRM, website and web hosting provider. 1 hour call with Monique to walk her through your CRM, tags, saved searches, email templates being used, etc. We will talk through content for the subscription page (optional) and thank you page. Then, we will create email templates to be used in all re-engagement emails that will give us the best shot at landing in the inbox.

This all sounds great. How much time is expected of me in order for this to work?

I love this question. I do 95% of the work for this 30 day package. During the 30 day period, I will need 4 hours of your time. Most of those hours are spent ensuring that the content is in your voice. You will have a 60 minute call with me in the beginning and a one hour wrap up call at the end of the 30 days. 

Who is this for?

This is for anyone who is generating leads online and putting them into their CRM and has at least 5000 subscribers on their list. This is for busy entrepreneurs who understand the value of a clean email list. 

When is the best time to clean my list for better engagement?

At least 3 weeks before you launch, you should run a re engagement campaign to your list of people who have been unengaged over 31 days. It will ensure that the list you are sending to during the launch is an engaged list of buyers. More opens = more sales. We take on 2 VIP clients a month. We strongly encourage you to book a call with us well in advance of your next launch.

What is the investment? 

The Email List Reboot in a Day is an investment of $3000. Once this is setup, your re-engagement campaign will continue to work in the background of your app as well as keep your list clean. The only thing you may want to change from time to time are the re-engagement emails. 

Do you take payment installments?

Unfortunately, not at this time. 

Will it work for me if I have a small list? 

Great question, I recommend this product for people with lists of 5000+. All lists need to be cleaned regularly. 

Will you work with my team to show them how to do this?

Absolutely! I will set up the necessary campaigns and emails. I will leave you with video instructions should the team need to change anything I have set up. I’m also happy to work with the team member that manages your CRM.  If you don’t have a qualified team member to keep the list clean, I also offer ongoing Email List Reboot packages. So your list stays strong throughout the year.

Can I get a refund?

Will I need to invest in anything else like tech?

Great question! In order to automate your list staying clean, we prefer to use a program called Klean 13 if your have Keap. It runs in the background of your Keap app to filter and tag invalid emails, spam traps, type domains, and bots. We highly recommend using this to automate the hygiene of your list. Please see the above chart for pricing based on your list size. We will set it up for you inside your app. You will be responsible for the monthly fee. 

Can an existing team member do this for me? 

My experience has been that most team members who say they “know” Keap, (Or any CRM for the matter) only know the basics. Not all the intricacies like a 10+ year veteran like me does.
