We will start with an Operational Review that will pinpoint the exact moves whether it be operationally, systems, or team to give you immediate clarity on what is working and what is not working. 

The Operational review will provide a clear strategic roadmap. Once completed, you will know exactly where to prioritize your time, your team, and what to invest in next. 

Based on the findings in the Operational Review, here are some of the areas we may work on:

• Systems optimization –  Auditing top priority systems in your business 
• Team Clarity – role clarity, team restructuring, optimizing communication flow
• Operational Metrics – Implement more accountability structures, weekly reviews, KPI dashboards to operational routines are sustainable
• SOPS – Creating clear and actionable SOPS which remove chaos and inefficiencies

We’ll start with a 60-minute Operational Review where I collect what is currently happening in your business. Within 1 business day, I will schedule a time to review my findings and provide you with a clear action plan for the next 90 days. 

From there, we’ll work together in a few ways:

1. Private Coaching Access

We’ll talk throughout the week using Slack. You’ll have direct access to me for questions, updates, support, and feedback.

2. Weekly Office Hours (Optional)

If you need a Zoom call, I’ll be available each week for a live check-in or deep dive. These are optional — most people don’t need them because we’re in touch all week. But they’re there when you want them.

3. Private Client Community (Optional)

You’ll be invited into a private chat with other amazing people working on similar goals. Great for idea sharing, accountability, and support.

4. Access to My Resources
